Having said that, to answer OP every woman I've ever known personally has been sexually attracted to other women. That doesn't mean they are emotionally and intellectually stimulated by them.

True that lesbians can't jointly pass on their genes, but any individual lesbian of childbearing age can pass on her genes and many do.
