  • talk to a therapist tell them you arent gonna do meds your the one hiring them other then that tell youre parents, i understand when ive been depressed i didnt want to tell anyone both not to hurt them and that i dont trust people, but if you care about them that much they probably care more about you (parents tend to care more then you think ) and do some exercise and find a good diet that tends to improve mental health and make sure you have time dont overburden yourself dont take on too much work or do work to avoid the problem that only delays a problem
