If you don't remember his pelvis touching you, then it's highly unlikely he had his penis in you.
I suppose he could be some sort of mutant with a motile penis like an elephant's that can move around all on its own, but that seems even less probable.
I'm with Endless on this: if you can't tell the difference between a finger and a penis, probably neither should be getting in your pants.
You may not have known what the guy was doing, but it sounds like he did, which was nice for you. You say you're not a virgin, but something like three-quarters of women don't reach orgasm from penetration alone. Maybe you've now had a brief glimpse of how good sex can be for women.
I don't know a lot about OCD, but I think I sort of understand your difficulties.
I don't know exactly what happened, but if he was really good, he could have got you into a sort of pre-orgasmic state and kept you there for a while, and that would indeed mess with your feeling for how much time had passed and what exactly he'd been doing.
If you actually had an orgasm, it's unlikely - but not impossible - that happened in few seconds. Although, as I said, our recollection of time is not the most accurate in such situations.
I know logically he didn't put his penis inside me because that would technically be rape and like you stated, I would have felt his pelvis on me. I do not know why i am so worked up. Mental illness is a literal nightmare. I'm sure there is more of a reason as to why I'm still obsessing over that night.
I didn't orgasm but he had told me he had been with 7 women so i assume he knew what he was doing. I had a lot of bad sex in my life with men that did not know how to pleasure a woman so I guess that might explain my confusion over the matter

Thank you for being clear and straightforward
I realize my question was strange and I should of clarfied that I have OCD. If you are aware, OCD makes you question everything including your memory.
I am not experienced no, and i was more afraid of not knowing if the man violated me or not

You said that great
