I don't really "blow" my nose?

I don't really have a strong exhale, so "blowing" my nose is difficult.
I'm not sure how to explain this. Instead of blowing air through my nose, I inhale with my nose and catch the snot before it goes all the way down. Once I do that, I can just spit it into a tissue. I'm pretty sure this isn't normal, but I want to know if I'm the *only* one that does this.

    Same I just use a tissue and pick anything out.

    I've never been able to blow my nose, but I've never been desperate enough to resort to that.
