Because you said you where the first which isn't true, like God I would have to be stupid to believe you.
In 1973, Ben Carson made medical history by being the first surgeon in the entire world to successfully separate conjoined twins (the Binder twins) conjoined at the back of the head (craniopagus twins).
The first attempts like I say where in the 40s/50s where only one survived.
It appears that you are the one who is doing the act of faith, because I actually did some research.
Ben Carson didn't even finish med school until 1977. And the last time I checked, he was married during the time he did the surgery. He only married in 1975. The Binder twin operation took place in September 1987.
Though yes, I do know that there was an attempt in the 1950's. However, I was referring to fully successful attempts, in which Ben Carson was the first to do so. Lotti Knaack died in the 50's attempt. Johann and Stefan Rausch are still very much alive.
I don't necessarily think of atheists as smarter people

Considering that the operation was performed in the 40's/50's, I guess also dumb enough to write that.

Where are your sources? And why do you assume that I am a religious person? I am not.

So you call me a liar when I cite a non-open encyclopedia and Johns Hopkins itself, and you assume that I am religious.
