What I meant by that is that how people say how easy being a kid is from an adult perspective, but to a kid, life is already as hard as it gets. I used the bodybuilding part to be symbolic: Symbolically, adults have to lift 500kg weights while children have to lift 50kg weights. To an adult who can lift a 500kg weight, lifting 50kg is a piece of cake, but to a child, it's very stressful because the "muscle" isn't there yet.
