Don't worry girl I'm in the same boat as you. I met this girl through a friend and at first she seemed really nice and funny. However I began to notice that everyone she called "friends" actually didn't like her and eventually no one wanted to hang out with her. At first I didn't think much of it. I knew that she would lie about almost everything and that she craved attention but it didn't bother me. (For the record I have been told that I have a tremendous tolerance for people with annoying personalities). Anyways eventually I got tired of hearing the same lies over and over again, I got tired of how desperate she was for attention, I got tired of hearing her talk! But I'm horrible with confrontation and drama so I gradually began to drift away from her until finally it I no longer have to talk to her! I feel bad at times because she really doesn't have any friends but I guess she only has her self to blame. I mean, It really says something about a person when they can't keep a friendship for more than a month! Anyways I guess my point is that it's normal to get sick of certain friends.

Sounds like she needs attention. Be careful she doesn't start talking about you behind your back or anything worse like that (I've seen Mean Girls!)

P.P.S. It's normal for girl mates to say they love each other all the time, but I find it annoying as I think it cheapens the meaning of the words... and yet I feel like they'll get all pissy at me if I don't say it back :/

i think it is totally normal. Everyone in my grade says i love u and i say it also. Its a thing friends say to each other. I mean we arent les or anything, but we hug and say i love u to show friendship. Now if she says it to people she doesnt rly talk to then thats a different story.

Ummm... we've known eachother since we were little, but we haven't started being friends since the last two years. We're friends because we talk, and I like her, but she makes me uncomfortable sometimes.

maybe she just feels ugly and alone, maybe she needs the attention right now. if she's really your friend just stick with her and if you can let her know that she is a beautiful girl, and that you are her friends, maybe try finding her a boyfriend to give her a little confidence
