    You think if a big 600 pound person with missing teeth were to come and ask the majority to date them they'd get an instant yes?

    Why do you think the majority of people go searching for people they think are the most attractive? I do not get why it's so hard for you all to admit that the majority of people care for looks more than they claim.

      I’m not saying they dont. Im saying it’s a shallow to value the appearance of a person more than any other attribute.

          It is a preference and the reason why it fails is because appearances dont last forever. So they got fat, encourage them to get back to what made them attractive in the first place. Accident? Well if all you married them for was their looks, youre SOL. Someone prittier walked by? Make your wife feel more attractive. Its the wifes job to look her best, but if you aint giving her reason to, whats the point?
