Nobody is ever truly satisfied with how they look. However, I think that you probably are a beautiful women and just don't realize it. Don't let others opinion of you influence your decisions, as long as you think you're beautiful that's all that matters.
Here's a self- esteem boosting trick, go look in a mirror and give yourself a compliment. If you say that you cannot then you aren't trying hard enough. Do this repeatedly and you self esteem will slowly start to repair itself. You aren't narcissistic if you want to appear beautiful.
