It is a bit debilitating, there are times when I don't want to leave my home.
I wish I could get a mask that would cover my whole head and neck. Then wear some gloves and a long shirt to cover my hands and arms.... I sometimes wish that were possible:/

That`s totally normal. You`re just shy and hate to disappoint people, that`s just low self-esteem. Although to me, it seems like a bit of a problem.
