That's sensible. Wall art is made to appeal to everyone –- that's why nobody buys it.
I love a good picture; especially those black and white photos with red on (you can imagine how pleased I was when I saw Sin City) I'd prefer to find a program that does that effect and do one myself.
I love canvasses, collages etc., but I’d say you have to be pretty sure whatever's on/in them is either something that's been part of your life for a ridiculously long time or a precious family photo – if not one is a waste of money and the other is a waste of time – because you're bound to completely go off whatever you put up (or is that just me??)
I love unicorns and hares, but knick-knacks just get knocked over, so I’ve got a calendar with both on. I never put anything on my wall that I can't take down quickly.
I don't like hanging pictures on my walls!
