I don't know what to do with my hands to appear normal

People keep noticing my hands because I apparently have them in the wrong position all the time. It has made me very self-conscious and I don't like to go out in public anymore. How do people know what to do with their hands?

    You say "noticing"... what does that mean? They look at you askew? They say something? Are you sure it's your hands that are the problem?

    You also don't give any context. On the street? In a shop? The carpark? On a crowded lift?

    How can we be expected to help if you insist on being so vague?
