Whenever I turn a light on/off and the room is/will be dark, I first close my eyes and then I turn it on/off and then I open my eyes. I don't know why I do this.

    It makes your eyes adjust faster to the huge difference in light intensity.
    I do it whenever the vehicle is about to enter a tunnel.

        It wasn't about just about me I thot it might be a phobia. Which I have. When I turn the lights out I feel something is going to hit me in the face.
