I don't know how to deal with my sister, she's doing some weird stuff

My youngest sister acts like an anxious tutorial NPC who thinks everything wants to kill you and you're down to one hit point. She always tells me to be careful about anything. Walking in parking lot, car behind me, I'm already off to side? LOOK OUT! Walking around a stick? Don't trip! Sitting down and put my foot near something on the floor? You don't want to hurt your foot! Driving and look away for a second? OH NO WE'RE GONNA DIE!

I don't know how to ask her to stop. Every time I say something about it she starts crying about "I just do it because I love you", but she can't comprehend that it really just makes me feel like she thinks I'm stupid. I don't know why she gets so upset about it either...

    Tell your sister to stop acting like your mom. She's even younger than you but acts this way - strange to say the least.

    tell her to shut up when you're in a perilous situation like driving, but other situations just tells her that you know the dangers of life and that she doesn't need to warn you about them
