I would call that lucky. Usually only the first day is a bad cramp day...but if I don't take a pain reliever when I start feeling pain, I'll end up puking from the pain and the pills haven't had time to kick in and I'm just screwed until they wear off. If I try to take more pills I just end up puking again. It sucks major balls.
