I'm 27 and got my first cramp in a long time, last time I had cramps was when I was 11 never got them until a couple months ago I thought I was going to die!!!!! But other than that I think that if you don't have cramps you won't feel any pain in childbirth is that true or false?

not true, i have never had period cramps in my life and i had a baby and the labor was REALLY PAINFUL as expected lol
