There is a kind of... void, at not knowing ones own flesh and blood progenitors. I'd maybe post some Craig's list ads. Maybe check the national DNA database or whatever to see if you can get any close blood relatives. I'm not sure if they even do that, but if so, it would be your best bet. How does your mother not know the guys name that knocked her up? Was she an escort or something?
