Well if someone forces you to do something, then it is entirely their fault, regardless of whether you're drunk or not. If someone forces you to have sex with them then it's rape, it doesn't matter whether you've been drinking or not.
However if someone merely takes advantage of the fact that you'd be more willing to have sex with them of your own free will when you're drunk, then it's not rape (assuming they didn't spike your drink, that you chose to get drunk). It's just very scummy. And someone pressuring you into having sex with them, regardless of whether you're drunk or not, again isn't rape, it's just very scummy. You're choosing to have sex with them in both of these scenarios, so it can't be called rape.
You got down voted but what you say is true. If they willingly have sex with you thats their decision they made. Its a scummy thing to do but its simply not rape. If thats rape than almost ANY one night stand that ever happened was rape.

Interesting. I'd feel a little uneasy blocking someone just to stop them downvoting me though, it'd feel like I'm just censoring their opinion cos I don't like it, even if they are just spam downvoting. Plus how would I know who's downvoting me? It doesn't let you know.
Because too many downvotes gets you shadow banned. You can still post threads but no one will see them. You can usually tell who it is because they will often comment on your comment that they downvoted and when you block them the downvote spamming stops. Rose, charli, countess they're the ones that do it the most.
Hm ok, thanks for the info. I'll probably just let it be now, but I might try blocking someone in the future if it's obvious that they're the ones who are spam downvoting.
