There is a community of people typically referred to as AB/DL which stands for Adult Baby/Diaper Lovers. Despite the name a lot of people in the community don't act like babies and don't wear diapers, but act like older children. Relationships typically consist of a "caregiver" and the "child".
What people actually do in those kind of relationships vary. Some people include sexual acts, some don't. Some people do it for long lengths of times, others it may be just a couple hours a week. There is nothing wrong with acting like that as long as you are able to separate you acting like a child from you actually being an adult.
I would suggest looking up AB/DL and seeing for yourself what that is about. Also maybe reading some online stories on Writing.com or DeviantArt.com about the subject starting with things that aren't erotic and moving to some of the more adult stuff to see where you would draw the line if you were actually in a relationship.
