I defy all advice on eating

I live off mainly pizza, chips, sausages and burgers. In fact i havent eaten a piece of fruit since i was a toddler and i eat the odd potato at christmas. However ive had some pretty serious accidents and never broken a bone, never bruise, ive scared people from how fast ive healed before and i never get ill. I also dont excercise but i'm much stronger and faster than the normal person and when i do go through a phase of weightlifting i put on mulscle extremely fast. I mean i'm not complaining, its great. I was just wondering if it is normal.

  • I just wonder what your point is? That you exercise a lot but don't eat fruit? And you are superman? Sorry, but this sounds pretty vain.

      I agree - you're just bragging. You're also probably pretty young. You can get away with a lot when you're in your teens or twenties, but later on it starts to catch up with you. In general, it sounds like you were lucky and were born with good genes. Diet and exercise is less influential than one's genetic inheritance.

    Beleive it or not, but it's normal. Not common, but normal. It's the way your body works. Mine is like that too. Healthy without the normal healthy food. Fast muscle building. Good fitness. Awesome really. I use much of my time to do less active stuff when I'm alone. I read, judge people, do research... Perfectly normal. Be happy you got the right body to live how you want. Look into being smarter since your phisical health is so in check. Mental health should work awesome too if you are like me :)

    Probably normal some people are predisposed for certain traits and what would cause a heart attack for one person would have no effect on another.
