I cry more than needed for dramatization.

Whenever I'm feeling useless, I start crying and start thinking about all the problems in my sick mind, and I cry more than necessary. I cry more than necessary because after I'm done crying for the real situation, I make up a situation in my head as if I were in a movie and I was acting out. Is it normal to do this?

  • Stop being useless and take control of your life. I hardly ever cry and lead an successful life by confronting and solving problems rather than feeling sorry for myself.

  • having a good cry releases stress. maybe you need to cry more just to feel better.

and don't feel useless. you aren't useless.
