Yeah, when I'm upset I go infront of the mirror and have a good cry. This might sound weird, (please don't think I'm 5 years old) but when I'm upset I talk to my Teddies about it, somehow it helps to talk about it to someone who I know won't misunderstand or make a sarcastic comment.
