I think this sounds like tourette's. You almost certainly have coprolalia (rude verbal ticks) and the way you describe the feeling when you say these slurs is symptomatic of the way lots of tourette's sufferers feel when they have their ticks.
Go to your GP and get yourself diagnosed.
