I check my pockets about every 10 minutes

When I go outside I check my pockets for my phone, wallet and keys in that order every ten minutes, after I ran, someone passed to close next to me or while going thru crowds do some of you do this as well and as frequent?

    I had a friend that did this as a habit, but based on the way you described doing this it sounds unhealthy.
