I cant wear my hair down!! help please!

Hi, i get my hair dyed blonde every 6 months, and my hair is naturally brown. and i wear it down aroung my family, but when i go 2 school, i just cant wear it down. its like i have some werid mentall diese that i cant stand it being down. and i have been told it looks pretty that way, but i just dont... is this normal????

    I have a friend like that. It's weird and it actually looks really pretty when it's down and we're not just saying that..your friends aren't either.

    I cant stand the feeling of my hair down. I am trying to grow it out just so i can wear it in a ponytail, The feeling of it on the back of my neck drives me crazy
