I cant wear a tshirt or any kind of shirt that shows my upper arms

i really dont know why, but maybe ever since i was eleven, i've never been comfortable wearing a t-shirt, short sleeve, or a wife beater. idfk what it is, but i just dont like when my upper arms feel exposed, and it's just super uncomfortable.

    You post gave me a mental picture of you walking around the house naked wearing only short sleeves to cover your upper arms

    Same. I almost exclusively wear long sleeves or quarter sleeves.

    There was a time i couldn't walk without holding my hands together. I felt naked walking with my hands just swinging. I was very shy. Maybe your case is different and got nothing to do with shyness so dress comfortably. Don't do something you don't want to.

    Then don't. It doesn't harm anyone if you don't, and it's entirely up to you. There are plenty of thin long sleeve shirts made of certain fabrics that work perfectly well in warm weather, and for cold weather just use normal fabrics.

    What are you like with nudity?
