I've tried to get over it but I never can. I think the reason is I don't understand why and I would ask him why just for closure but its no point I think!

I fell for him at first sight and he became first guy I was involved with. By the end of the summer he got back with his on and off ex. She had cheated on him multiple times not sure how she's overweight, looks like a boy in the face and apparently a shitty person while he was athletic, handsome and had won medals.

When we became a couple she was engaged. He said weird things a while into the relationship. He admitted to having a dark side, he claimed he'd tried to kill himself multiple times and was immortal. He said how jealous all his friends are that he managed to get me and when him and I had just started dating a guy at school tried to get me to go out with him and my bf months later revealed they had made a bet who could get me.

It turned out he'd been seeing his ex secretly all along. He'd been spending more time with her. When I found out about the cheating his ex sent me a message demanding to see me and explain they're only friends and she doesn't want him and that he's the worlds amazing person ever so I wouldn't dump him. It was bizzare. He claimed he had attempted suicide because I was mad at him and that I can't leave him cuz he's going to ask me to marry him and had already been looking at rings but he also said she's part of his life and that she's a mess and can't live without him then he threatened that if I dont get over it he'll take her back. I dumped him and they got back together for a few months. I don't get what he wanted with me. He admitted in a letter he sent me online to having "played games" but that he'd really fallen in love and that he's used to lying so he doesnt feel bad but that now he did and wanted to apologize but in school he ignord me and wouldnt even look at me... o it was a game and how and why? How was his ex involved??Why did she wanna stop me from dumping him???Its possible he felt bad or it was last attempt to get me back and why if he wanted her more???Why was he so desperate for me to be his gf then???

My moms guess is he's secrely a gay since his best friend is a cross dresser but I dont know.....I mean how would his ex fit in that

    You can’t understand this situation and nor can I, you know why? Because it doesn’t make sense.

    One of the most important things anyone ever told me was “stop looking for logic in the actions of crazy people” and it CERTAINLY applies here. This guy is all kinds of messed up and you could wind yourself in circles trying to work out why he behaved in such bizarre ways, or you could accept that he’s just a mess and move on.
