I cant tell when i'm being manipulative?

At this point multiple people have cut me off for being manipulative.

Problem is I cannot tell at all WHEN I'm being manipulative, I honestly cant tell when I am and when I'm not
Is that normal?

    There are defiantly times where I have caught myself acting extremely manipulatively. It is hard to tell sometimes when you are so caught up in discussions or arguments to grasp what you are saying and how you are saying it.

    People often confuse persuasiveness with manipulation. I've been called manipulative a few times too.

    when you do something question you self to see if you acted like you actually felt or you acted a certain expecting a certain response.
