let me tell you about myself.... I used to smoke marijuana and was addicted to it. because of more marijuana exposes a person to I will say bad spirits I became insane.I was mentally tormented by those spirits like you I could not control my mind. paraphrasing here....I found Jesus the Holy Spirit to help me to deliver me from all the torment.... and like you I was not able to concentrate on the now but when I got delivered I can do so much more for the now and have real peace and understand and others. Now you can't get religious....but you know the true God cry out to Him read His Scripturesand if you want me to help you find a good congregation I will do that for you. what pixie 44 said everyone should do because our foods are so messed up. Bless ya! :)
