No more GMO processed foods. No canned foods, no frozen meals, no drive thru meals, no chips. Use your oven or stove top and NOT your microwave. Drink LOTS of water, skip the soda pop and sugary drinks. You want to eat fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, nuts, ect
