yea ur totally right i was thinken bout that...i checked out a mask and told him he said no...guess ill try thoses strips for the nose i heard about if anything ill put it on him as hes sleeping he doesnt even wake up when i plug his nose so..maybe widh me luck im tires lol

i choose "do something for him" but more really i'd agree with the foam ear plugs.
if those don't work for you, try some other mechanical stuff.
it's just, _DON'T_ get medication involved. Most forms of sleeping pills, taken over long time, form either addictions and/or quickly lose potency.
