Hey self-harm and suicide is a real mental illness, I suffer from some of the same stuff, 800-273-8255 that's the suicide hotline I don't know if they only help with suicide, or if they do all of SHS. Hang in there, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel, and I'm not just saying that. It may be good, if you can't see it to call a therapist or a psychiatrist. Hope you do better, you have my prayers.

but I'm scared that what if my parents / friends / someone knows about this, how would they see me after that?
