ok , so my bf and i have being together for 5 years we don`t meet that often ( i have my reasons), but when we do, i so wanna tell him a lot of things like i do miss him a lot and that he looks great and i love him ... but i CAN`T say it even thou i love him so much and he loves me too. he always say nice things to me .. and i wanna do the same, but i can`t all i do is Turn red and be Quiet !! pls i NEED Help cuz i guess i`m too shy to say nice things to him, and when i get home i always regret why i didn`t say anything !!...help me

    I feel your pain. It's hard and some people are just like that. grin and bear it. He won't think its embarrassing if he loves you. Do it once and you'll be able to do anything.

    Why don't you write him a nice wee card / note to give him as you part? It seems you regret being shy and letting him leave not knowing how you truly feel.

    I think he would appreciate that, and would have a nice wee memento to look at until you meet again.

    If not you need to tell him this in a place where you're very comfortable. Are you young? In my first relationship I was very awkward. I realized that when I did say all of the nice things like "I feel safe around you" "That thing you do is really cute" or "I love you" is was in my room. Whenever I was in his room or out in public I had a lot of trouble admitting these things. But I felt comfortable enough in my room to talk.

      i am 18 , and yes i think it will be helpful and a lot easier saying it somewhere where i am confortable
