Do not go back, keep off it for awhile. Once you get used to staying off it you'll forget about it and wont have the need to get back on it. I stopped watching porn "Yesterday" because I get bad headaches. I always watched it every hour or so. Today feels good not needing to watch Porn. Sometimes I can't sleep because it affected my brain- I felt like vomiting from just watching it and it makes me feel suicidal because watching it too much got boring and made me hate life so much because it wiped out all the good in my life. You want help? Do what I say and stay off it for a while, if you choose to get back on it it's gonna be hard because your gonna get addicted again.
