He should do proper foreplay and use lubricant so penetration would be smooth.. if it still hurts you should go see an ob gyne and get checked. Btw if your bf gets mad and doesn't stop when you're obviously hurting then dump the asshole coz he obviously lacks empathy and that will show in different aspects of your relationship sooner or later, not only in sex.
