I would suggest talking to a teacher to see if they have recommendations on how to get over this.
You may be too young to know the story but I doubt you're so young that you've never heard Darth Vader's classic voice... Voiced by James Earl Jones.
The "secret" about his voice is that he didn't start off full of the confidence you see now. He stuttered and had trouble with public speaking... His stutter was so bad he avoided talking as much as possible for EIGHT YEARS.
It wasn't easy but he had a teacher who encouraged him... and look where he is now.
I guess I might end up having to see a speech therapist at some point in time.
I stutter even when I'm not try to read aloud.... I can't really tell my teacher without getting upset and feeling embarrassed.
write it down and practice saying it over and over.
back when i use to be in the navy we would have to pass messages along what we called the "1MC" which is basically a loudspeaker system running through the entire ship.
most times what we had to say was written out for us in a binder but every so often something new came up. i found that writing things out first usually helped prevent issues when talking on the 1MC. even practicing a little helped.
it may be worth trying for talking to your teacher. and most likely the teacher may already know.
I can't read aloud, IIN?

This is something you can overcome.

you may want to try practicing before hand then.
write it down and practice saying it over and over.

This "1MC" sounds very interesting!
I've been in a very different sort of "schooling" for as long as I can remember....
