It's been happening ever since I was put on tryciclic antidepressants for chemical imbalances but I can't find anything on making people emotionless before so I'm guessing it's just a coincidence.
Most antidepressants in my experience (xanax, valium etc.) Just make you not give a crap about anything. It gets worse the more you take, You just stop caring what happens to you, what you eat, who you sleep with, etc. It's all just kind of "yeah I guess" Not something id consider a drug of choice
Not depressed personally, I've just had issues with migraines due to night terrors and multiple personalities. Tricyclic antidepressants help with that. But I guess that might be the reason I feel so empty, since I wasn't depressed when I was put on antidepressants so it just voided me completely.
Talk to your prescribing doctor and tell them about these side effects. They're an indication that the drugs you're on are not right for you and you may need a different dosage or a different prescription completely. Anti deps shouldn't zombify you, whether used for depression or other concerns.

Yeah that's how most of that stuff I've tried seems to work. Tough to be depressed when you don't give a shit about anything anyway.
