So now, that being said...18 is still pretty young when it comes to sex and knowing how to do "the right things". They may be doing them....but it's possible they are not doing them well.
By 18, I would think that you should have been able to climax at least on your own. Perhaps try buying a vibrator and see I. That does it for you. If not, as embarrassing as it may seem, you might need to speak to your gynecologist.
