    Wonder why this got downvoted so much? Seems like solid advice to me, I would've thought the same thing, but lifting weights rould help too. ( the shower comment cracked me up as well. )

      I think its because I do put a bit of humor in most of my posts (sometimes subtle) and the 'normal' reference may have been misunderstood.

      Such is life little youngin.

        Interesting, humor usually elicits positive responses, sarcasm usually gets people pissed. other way around on this site i suppose.
