Coming from scientific background... merely photographic memory and a vast imagination... almost schizophrenia. But before you denote me to being a disbeliever... I have always had the ability to "hear" a direct view CRT television (Yes, those existed before hi def...) being turned on from around three rooms away. It was actually more of a "feeling." Almost like my body tuned up... and it was always true. One of those TV's turned on close to me. explain that. explain the manifested physical feeling of radio frequency waves in a human indulged body... :p food for your thought?

CRTs with NTSC rasters emit a slightly audible hum at 15.75Khz. It's at the high end of the range of human hearing. Lots of people can hear it, including me.
