First of all, learn to punctuate. Run-on sentences make my eyes hurt. Second of all, it's normal to have delusions of having "special powers" when you feel outcast. Have you been bullied at school? Have you had a poor relationship with your family?
It sounds like other kids picked on you at school, and some people cope with that by believing that they are somehow special. That line between fantasy and full-on delusion is easily crossed when you're in a stressful situation and you feel alone. I would recommend a good therapist.
