Meh. Personally I think both sexes are more capable of being bisexual than they are. I won't say that most women are bisexual but I will say that it's more socially acceptable and you gain some level of "sexiness" due to taking part in lesbianism that pretty much accepts and sometimes even persuades some to engage in lesbian activities. The same can't be said about men however as society isn't as accepting.

That said, in ancient society, it was also known that male on male sexual relations was huge, like real huge, and the male beauty was generally prefered.

So overall, I think both have the ability to be bisexual without the societal influences but I won't say it's the case with women today.

I think it's part of some sexual revolution. Lol. Think about it. Women were shamed way more, decades ago, for having sex than they are now. Maybe the whole girl on girl media coverage is an aggressive way of showing "Hey we don't care if you don't like us having sex and hell, we don't even need a man to do it."
