I agree with you, I think lesbian women don't necessarily have higher testosterone levels than other women, but their brains are wired differently compared to other women, which could explain them being interested in male oriented things and being attracted to women.
I believe that if you're a tomboy, you're prob attracted to girls too?

That still has nothing to do with testosterone like the OP is stating but that is more psychological/neurology.
