Yes it does, evidently when trans people transition and feel better. What statistics are these, and how do you know that those trans people aren;t still being mistreated or aren't satisfied with the results?
I think with results, we see these perfect looking TG in the media or web and then compare our own situation (reality) with that. Of course the media has a way of making all humans feel inadequate.
40% of transgenders commit suicide. Someone did some study and came up with that number. Google it there's a lot of decent sources that go into the study.
