It's true. There was a study carried out where conservatives and liberals we asked to judge the quality of peoples resumes.
The names on said resumes were names that were clearly white names and there were names with typically African american names.
How did the study turn out? Conservatives and independents used the exact same verbiage and words no matter whom the resume was presumed for.
The liberals? When they were given white sounding names they were equally as verbose as the conservatives and independence but when there was an ethnic sounding name they dumbed down the use of vocabulary into shorter comments.
