If you are talking about war it always changes people. The thing military does is get you squared off, orderly and prepared for battle. War itself is what I think messes up people. Any military person will tell you this too. However war is sadly not always avoidable.
Also you could make a point without being a dick. So like if someone does not believe what you do saying "Wow your religion is bull shit. You are a complete moron" its going to piss people off. You have to have some tact. The only people who like cheaters are cheaters.
I agree with most everything you believe but if people want to destroy themselves that is the persons choice and we can not really do much about it. I like tatoos since they are artwork but I would never get one.
I get annoyed with the following (Furies, paedophiles ,and extremely prejudice/racist people,Self destructive irrational teenagers) I agree with most everything you stated. Its rude to push your beliefs on others though. If you just do not like these kind of people do not hang out with them. If you hate drinking do not try to make friends at a bar. If the person is not bothering you or others let them be. Actually I have known some furies but I think the idea of having sex with animals is disgusting.
