I think the obsession with Ted is normal. I think if you want to be like him or romanced by him, then you're nuts. The man ruined hundreds of lives, caused so much emotional pain and loss(to his own family as well as the victims'), tortured and murdered innocent people, some he kept alive for days ,had sex with bloody, dead bodies until they were rotting (can you imagine the smells, the flies, the maggots and worms?), took heads home with him and applied make-up and used them for sex, raped, tortured and killed a 12 year old LITTLE girl and left her body in a pig pen and was a narcissistic a-hole untl the very moment he died. And these are only the things we KNOW. He confessed more things to Bob Keppel that were so gruesome Keppel said he would never speak of them and would take them to his grave. Sooo...I think fascination about how someone so gifted could be so insane is normal, but be realistic when you think of him. He was a cold, cruel, extremely sick human being.
