That's not normal that want to kill your dad just because he makes you do things. I'd rather do that than get my ass beat which i dont recall you mentioning. If you're 18 why dont you just move out on your own so you can do what you want. No matter how old you are if you live with your parents you have follow their rules. So the best option is to move out on your own.
