I think there is something extremely unnatural and disturbing about settling your butt cheeks down on a funnel and letting a straw with water suck away your turd. Most human beings seem to be perfectly fine with this, which leads me to believe NOBODY is normal. The only normal thing to do is crap in the dirt somewhere and bury it.
Well, then I'm glad you can't do anything about it, because I love pooping in a toilet. Indoor plumbing is where it's at, dude!

I hold my hand up while I squat and let a turd enjoy it's momentary freedom. I let it savour the fresh air (I do this outside without exception) before I faceplant into my palm and devour my freshly created delicacy.
I mean, sleeping in a bed is pretty unnatural too, but I doubt you want to sleep on the ground. Natural doesn't always mean good.
Bring yourself back to the basics man. You should corner off part of your house and fill it with dirt, then shit in it and have it like a huge indoor organic toilet/cabbage patch.

I did some pipe laying ,piss and shit is the least of it. Oil and grease people put down the drain , fat from milk and food particles make up some nasty stuff. But if it makes you feel better dig a hole out back and build an outhouse.
So just get a composting toilet? That way there is no sewer system involved. And if you're really desperate to only shit outside for whatever reason then you can just put your toilet outside. They aren't plumbed in so they are easier to move.
What's the next thing on your agenda, burning books for being a spawn of satan, burning scientists for being children of satan? Dance around a fire for rain?
I like my indoor plumbing.
