I did some pipe laying ,piss and shit is the least of it. Oil and grease people put down the drain , fat from milk and food particles make up some nasty stuff. But if it makes you feel better dig a hole out back and build an outhouse.

So just get a composting toilet? That way there is no sewer system involved. And if you're really desperate to only shit outside for whatever reason then you can just put your toilet outside. They aren't plumbed in so they are easier to move.

I like my indoor plumbing.
