Ok, so you're sick of everything in your life right now and that makes sense because a lot of things suck pretty bad for a lot of people right now. Can you see anything from where you stand that doesn't suck, and can you figure out how to blaze a trail to get yourself over there? Does Doctors Without Borders suck? Does being an expat in Singapore suck? Does joining an organic gardening commune suck? If you can identify a direction or goal and identify how to start working towards that, I think you are okay. Its when you think things suck and have no hope of ever improving that you have a problem.
